Management team
George de Greef George de Greef founded ComputaMaps as a MapInfo reseller in 1993. Prior to this, he worked as a software engineer at several leading IT companies in the Netherlands and UK, including Philips, Siemens and Strategic Software. Mr. de Greef holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa.
Justin Hyland, PhD Dr Justin Hyland is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley receiving his PhD in 1996. He has been a remote sensing specialist since the late 1980s and his doctoral research in Mexico, where he was a Fulbright scholar, employed satellite imagery in archaeological predictive modelling. He joined ComputaMaps as a director in 1999 after completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Cape Town.
Albéric Maumy Mr Maumy has Master degrees in International Marketing and Finance from ESC Amiens (French Graduate Business School) and Concordia University (Montreal, Canada). He has broad experience in developing activities in both Telecom and Geodata markets internationally, and launched ComputaMaps-Europe in October 2007.
